For all materials questions, please begin by contacting customer service at 800-575-8130 or MLCinfo@mathlearningcenter.org. We will work with you to determine how soon we can process your request and whether there will be any cost to you.
How do I return materials?
Please be prepared to provide the relevant invoice or purchase order number. You will be given a return authorization number, shipping instructions, and a special shipping address for your return. For your own protection, we suggest that you return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
Note that materials returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition and completed within 60 days of receipt. A restocking fee may apply.
What about replacements?
MLC will replace at no charge any materials that have been damaged in shipment or are inherently defective. We will also replace materials that don’t hold up to normal classroom usage over a reasonable period of time. However, we may ask you to return worn-out items prior to replacement. (If we request materials be returned, we will pay the shipping costs.)
Customers are responsible for the cost of replacing materials that are lost or damaged through accident or misuse. Replacement items for purchase are available only on an as-needed basis. Our customer service team will help you determine the best option.

How do I cancel my workshop registration and request a refund?
You may request a full refund up to 21 days before the event start date, after which no refund will be given for any reason. Cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to Ana Butler at email@example.com.
